We have grown Orion Home Inspections since 2004 during a downturn in real estate. While other companies were closing their doors due to lack of business, we were growing Orion by providing a quality service to our customers before, during and after the inspection. With an attention to detail and dedication to customer service, we have been able to overcome the failing housing market, continuing to service both new and repeat customers since 2004 and build a new age inspection business. We prepare custom detailed reports with photos of any issues that are found. We email the inspection report to our customers (and realtors or insurance companies if requested) and will of course discuss the inspection report by phone. Our reports, with the written description and photos are very easy to read and interpret so repairs can be made.
