Q) I am buying the house “As Is” why do I need an inspection?:

A) The contract with your Realtor should read “Buying the house As Is with the right of refusal after Inspection” So you will not be forced to purchase a home with major damage or problems which can eliminate the low sales price of the home and increase your cost’s to bring the home up to code.

Orion Home Inspection is a registered Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida. This means we are qualified to build any home or high-rise in the state. As we are capable of building anything in the state, we feel that gives us an excellent qualification to inspect your home purchase.

In addition we are members of NACHI (The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).

Orion Home Inspections are Licensed, Bonded and Insured.

I am a founding member of The Bonita Blues Festival and The Bonita Blues Charitable Foundation. The Bonita Blues Festival is heading into its sixth year. Our mission is to bring great Blues Music and fun to Southwest Florida and the money raised is used to help local charities.

SOUTHWEST FLORIDA BLUES SOCIETY

I am also Vice Presisent of the recently formed Southwest Florida Blues society, which has been created to support and promote “Blues Music” throughout Southwest Florida on all levels and at multiple venues and provide a network of association for area and worldwide blues lovers. .
